Who is funded? (Eligible to apply)
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the commercial sector based in Germany that have been in existence for at least 2 years and employ at least 1 full-time staff member.
What is funded? (Purpose)
Support in the design of a future-oriented and employee-oriented human resources strategy to secure skilled labour.

- Process consultation
- Discussion of results
The funding is granted, in what amount? (The type and amount of support)
Grant of 50% or 80% (depending on the size of the enterprise) of the consultancy costs, no more than 10 days of consultation and no more than €1000 of consultancy costs per day. Residual costs are to be borne by the company itself.
