Target groups
Who is funded? (Eligible to apply)
- Small and micro enterprises, those going into business for themselves as a livelihood, at least 50 employees and turnover and balance sheet total not exceeding €10 million
- Businesses that train, businesses that are started by people who are unemployed at the time or businesses that are run by women or people with a migration background
- Commercially oriented social service enterprises
- Environmentally oriented companies
What is funded? (Purpose)
Development program of the federal government.
- Increasing equity capital
- Improving the credit rating to create additional credit leeway
- Investment in operating equipment
- No paying off of existing loans with the principal bank
Funding will not be provided for recapitalisation loans and enterprises that are experiencing economic difficulties.
The funding is granted, in what amount? (The type and amount of support)
Silent investment of at least €10,000 and no more than €50,000.
- Term: no more than 10 years
- Repayment: three equal annual instalments starting in the 7th year
- Interest rate: with the maximum term, 8% interest annually on the amount of the investment, payable quarterly at the end of the quarter in each case
- Variable profit sharing in the amount of 50% of the profit, no more than 1.5% annually on the amount of the investment
- A combination of Bank financing is possible.
