Target groups
Who is funded? (Eligible to apply)
SMEs and large companies based in Brandenburg or those that invest in Brandenburg and have been active in the market for at least 3 years. To strengthen the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region, companies based in or investing in Berlin may also be eligible to apply in individual cases. They must be able to demonstrate an appropriate connection to Brandenburg and the application must be submitted in agreement with Investitionsbank Berlin.
What is funded? (Purpose)
Co-financing of investments of every kind or to cover operating equipment requirements, including credit lines.
The funding is granted, in what amount? (The type and amount of support)
ILB loan share, no more than 50% of the financing requirement presented by the principal bank.
- At least €1 million, no more than €10 million
- Up to 10-year term and fixed interest rate
- Disbursement: terms of the principal bank
- Customary market, risk-adjusted interest rate corresponding to the interest rate of the principal bank
