In order to achieve a suitable project size for the application, several applicants of the same type can join forces and carry out the project jointly.

    • Electric vehicles and charging infrastructure (as a rule, no fewer than five vehicles should be procured per application)

The funded studies are to include a specific implementation and/or procurement plan, with studies that are expected to have high multiplier effects being given priority.

The funding is granted, in what amount? (The type and amount of support)

    Grant.

    • For project funding as a non-repayable investment grant (partial financing) and limited to a maximum amount upon approval
    • The funding quotas, funding rates and maximum amounts applicable to all funding recipients for the funding phase are specified in the calls for submission of applications with supplementary information on the funding guidelines.
    • As a rule, vehicle procurement is subsidised at a rate of 75% of the additional investment costs in non-competitive areas and at a rate of 90% in case of financially weak municipalities.
    • The amount of funding for economically active companies is 40 to 60% of the additional investment costs, depending on the size of the company.
