What is funded? (Purpose)
Support is provided for a state-wide project that addresses both sides of the labour market. At the same time, young adults who have completed vocational training or a university degree are to be supported in their integration into jobs suitable for training and companies are to be supported in filling vacancies with young skilled workers.

Grant.
Funding is provided for personnel expenses of the grant recipient, expenses for skill development by external service providers and other expenses of the grant recipient using a flat rate of 22% as the basis.
