Integration subsidy

Employers who employ workers in need of support, as well as disabled and severely disabled people, are eligible to apply.

Requirements: Employers must continue to employ the workers beyond the funding period. The post-employment period usually corresponds to the funding period. Employment relationships that were already in place and that were terminated so that an integration subsidy could be received are excluded from funding.

Funding will also not be awarded for hiring of persons who have already been employed by the applicant for more than 3 months within the last 4 years in a scope that made them subject to compulsory insurance.
