Target groups
Who is funded? (Eligible to apply)
- The company’s registered office must be in Germany.
- Coparion’s focus is on start-ups and growth companies that are less than 10 years old
- The product or service must be innovative and should have high potential for growth.
- The number of employees may not exceed 250 and the annual turnover may not exceed €50 million.
- The Coparion fund is open to all sectors and has no specific focus.
- The start-up should already be able to demonstrate initial successes, such as turnover, important key customers or successful market entry (see also Proof of Concept).
What is funded? (Purpose)
- Closing the existing gap in Venture Capital financing in the Start-Up and early growth phase
- Making your own network available
- Establishing contact with additional investors
- Support in the search for personnel
- Contribution of own know-how and support by experienced experts
- Preparing the company for an exit
The funding is granted, in what amount? (The type and amount of support)
Investment to provide equity capital.
Requirements:
- Investment of a lead investor (investment company, natural person or legal entity) at economically equal terms
- Investment amount no more than €10 million per company
- Term: 10 y ears
